So Easter is next weekend do people here buy expensive candy? Or do what I normally do and buy yourself a present. Or just don't give a cookie about the whole thing?
If I buy candy after Easter as its on sale normally 50% off. Range is crap but its cheap. Some years it seemed the stores sold out completely. Visiting the store on the Thursday to buy dinner they had a heap of candy to having pillows on the Monday.
I'm just trying to think if it would be worth it to go looking for the fancy stuff from (the candy only store) on Monday. Last few years they have sold out before Easter it seems. Going on a very boring bus trip though probably being disappointed then waiting for 50mins as the buses run hourly. Doesn't really sound all that fun which is why I haven't done it for years.

I'm not really a big Easter guy, but usually my whole family gets together for dinner on Easter which is cool. I used to like it a lot more when I was a kid cause we would get baskets with candy and usually a little Lego set.

I went out to a fancy shop to see if they had any left. Lots of it but no sale sign. I sat outside for a minute thought well I'll ask if they are on sale if not just grab a couple as I haven't been able to have them for years. I asked and they where 25% off. I thought 25% is better then nothing. So bought 10. I am good at guessing as my laptop bag only could hold 10.
I just checked the stores website sale prices ends on Sunday. So maybe worth checking next week for updated prices.

I wouldn't mind getting some cheap caramel/mint things now. But I haven't been awake when other people have gone to the store. Which has been horrible as I've had stuff like toast and potato things for dinner.
I'll save the ones I bought for when I can taste things again. Other wise it would be like eating a bag of coconut. I hope someone doesn't decide to eat them all in the meanwhile. I told them the store and the stock level. Yet decided to eat mine (not that I wanted them all.) But they never shared them when they bought them previously.
