I was reading up on the Super Mario Bros movie earlier on. I was doing it before I wrote my recent games post earlier. I guess someone was spying on me... I then went to write a post replying to miyagi513's "that movie is soooo terrible yet so classic...." I went to write it lost $27million. I only hated one scene which I think was Yoshi. Was some gooey creature hatching from a egg or something. (this might be another movie entirely I do have a very bad memory.) While looking for the clip from the movie I came across a clip of something else Yoshi related. One guy refereed to people who didn't agree with him as too what Yoshi was as stupid. So I thought hmmm. I disagreed and had proof. Also something is strange about Yoshi what are its eggs meant to be? Yoshi is meant to be a boy so the TV show said and also in games refers to him as a he. Boys don't lay eggs though. Are they meant to be poop? In Super Mario World he eats berries. Which could make him poop. He eats lots of fruit in Yoshi touch and go so might be poop. If they are in-fact eggs wouldn't that mean you basically throw baby Yoshi's at stuff in several games? Super Mario world 2: Yoshi's Island, and Yoshi Touch and go.. To name some.

A interesting thing I found though was they wanted a Yoshi type sidekick in the NES versions of Mario. But the NES wasn't powerful enough to handle it though. Super Mario Bros with a Yoshi would be weird I think.
Out of interest who here has finished 100% in Super Mario World SNES or the GBA port?
I never was able to finish the fortress in the valley of bowser in the SNES version. The GBA port other then the Yoshi coins I have finished everything.

Super Dragon Yoshi is his full name. So he is a dragon.
Japanese versions of Super Mario World has his Sorry I'm not home message signed as Super Dragon Yoshi. English translation it was changed into just being signed as Yoshi we also got a paw print which the Japanese version didn't get.
Since most gamers believe he is a dinosaur most game reviewers will still refer to yoshi as a dinosaur.
Still have no idea what the eggs are meant to be. The most umm friendliest answer is well poop though. Eating lost of fruit/berries does give you the poops.
Another question though is are their any lady Yoshi's? The TV show and games only refer to Yoshi's as a he.

I was watching a stream of the snes version of Super Mario World a couple of days ago. The dude did 100% and asked him to go to Yoshi's house to see if the message changed like it does in the GBA port but it didn't. Everyone thought I was nuts. Just means when I finally get a capture thing that I'll stream the GBA ones. I hope my gamecube still works lol.

Well I think mine might lol.
Only thing I could think of for my last computer blowing up other then a power surge was rain coming in the window. The gamecube lived next to the computer. So if it was rain related then the game cube would have gotten rained on too.
