Didn't know you folks had a forum. I'm not exactly called Chris, but here's what I've done on TG so far www.twingalaxies.com/index.aspx?c=22&p=50230Also did Star Fox 64 and Doc Louis's Punch Out on SDA. Speaking of SDA, you ever try getting an Earthbound run on SDA, Chris? I'm not too familiar with the game, nor watched the run that's already up, so I'm not too certain how much improvement could be made. Even if you don't have plans on toppling it, it would probably be a fun watch for you since you seem to be quite the fan of the SNES game.

Nice records Zallard! I think we played one of your Starfox videos during our first marathon, it was crazy good. The speed run for Earthbound on SDA is a segmented run that is much faster than my record. I do have my speed run on DVD so I could upload it...I think I can do even better though so I might hold off on it though.

I kind of visit forums outside of SDA/TG periodically, so forgive me if this is way too late. SDA also tracks single segment runs of games (including RPGs). However, the verification process can be pretty strict sometimes. You could maybe give a few verification topics a read on the SDA forum (particularly RPG ones) to see how likely your run would pass (if you'd ever wanna try submitting a run there anyways). It does sound like you want to improve it though, so if you do, might be useful to read up on some of the latest strategies in this thread! forum.speeddemosarchive.com/post/earthbound.html

No problem, thanks for the info. I might try to improve on my run again this year, so I guess that will be the deciding factor on whether or not I submit it to them.
Hope to see you at our marathon!
