Well it gets worse. The guy that called me picked on me for the entire call saying I you sound like a female and the account holder is male. I ended up hanging up on him.
Sorry not going to put up with being picked on even after I said why I sound that way. I had to have emergency surgery when I was a kid which stuffed up my throat. For some reason all digital devices amplify it. I guess he didn't listen or I was oh well I'm bored lets play with him as he said it after I told him why.
I put a nasty message on twitter and got this. " I've escalated this and we'll be in touch shortly."
I'm not all that sure as to where I can send a complaint to if they just say sorry wont happen again.

They called me on Friday but I missed the call since they aren't open on the weekend and yesterday was closed. Not sure why though. Their call centers are in the US and India for some reason. Or they use US accents in a India call center. lol
So I put another request on via twitter. This time I want to talk with a higher up person. That tells me how am I meant to prove to them that its me that they are talking too. I also want a discount on my bill. Paying 73$ a month to be picked on. Is over priced.

Well too update this.
I got a call from the higher up person.
They said that providing you supply them with all the account info they request they are meant to grant account access. Even though the higher up lady and the guy from India never asked me for either. They didn't call on my cell phone. Which makes no sense.
They are now doing a internal review and the guy might get fried over it.
I ended up getting a month free on both services. Then a maybe discount on the remainder of the phone cancel fees. Not sure as to whats happening as the my account page seems stuffed. Guess I'll have to complain some more if they start taking more money then they should.

Awesome, hopefully a couple of people being jerks works out in your favor! Also, simple typo equals awesome... The guy isn't going to be "fired" but "fried"... You guys are hardcore over in Australia!

Well my guess was he was only fried not fired. The lady who called up sort of hinted he is still there. So he most likely got retrained or just told off. Or maybe his employment contract wont be renewed sort of thing. Which is common for call centre peoples. I just hope no more billing problems. I have 22months to go before I can change provider can't wait.
